Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Items are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days of your order being received, although may take longer during busy periods. 

We ship all orders via Standard Shipping (by Lithuanian Post), Parcel Lockers (by Omniva, DPD), Home delivery. 

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but generally it takes 3-7 business days within Lithuania. If you need your order sooner, we also offer picking it from the collection address in Vilnius ( Naujamiestis/Senamiestis ). Just choose "Pick up yourself" option in the delivery options when ordering, and collection address will be send you with your order confirmation.

International Shipping

At the moment we only deliver to Europe. International parcels are sent on a tracked service. Please allow 17 working days for delivery.

Please note that due to the UK no longer being part of the EU, tax customs and administrative charges will apply. These charges are your responsibility and you will be contacted and required to pay the invoice before you can receive your parcel. We are not able to predict what these charges will be, therefore I suggest you contact your local customs office to understand what these charges may be before you place your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Breakages 

We take great care when packaging up your order to make sure it reaches you in one piece. Unfortunately, breakages do sometimes occur. If your item arrives broken please photograph the item and email me at pauze.keramika@gmail.com within two days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement if possible, or a refund.



Returns:

Our goal is for you to love your purchase from our shop. In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

The return items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or use.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items we'll issue a full refund for the purchase price.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days after getting your item and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase!
